・Melting beef tongue steak tartare

・Special beef tongue and radish stew

・Thickly sliced charcoal-grilled beef tongue

・Perori's special coarsely ground hamburger steak (with onion sauce and fresh apple)

・Beef tongue pesto with prosciutto and cold cappellini

・Amazonian cacao, brown sugar and homemade Greek yogurt
